Jibne Wa Labneh

Feta cheese on sale at Meijer, three for five dollars yo!

1/2 lb feta
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 c olive oil

Crush the feta with a fork and blend the olive oil and yogurt. Serve with pitas or pita chips or whatever strikes your fancy.
